 Sundarban Biggest Mangrove Forest:

Sundarban is the world biggest mangrove forest. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site covering parts of Bangladesh and Indian state of West Bengal. Two-third of the Sundarbans is in Bangladesh while rest one-third is in West Bengal, India. Forest limits Of Sundarban are North-Bagerhat, Khulna and Sathkira districts , South-Bay of Bengal; East-Baleswar (or Haringhata) river, Perojpur, Barisal district, and West-Raimangal and Hariabhanga rivers which partially form Bangladesh boundary with West Bengal in India.The area of  Sundarban is approximately 6000 sq. km. or 2400 sq. miles. Sundarban is the natural habitat of the world famous Royal Bengal Tiger, crocodiles, spotted deer, wild boar, lizards, jungle fowl, theses monkey and an innumerable variety of beautiful birds.
